Kate spent 9 years as a DI assistant coach specializing in coaching defense and goalies. As a goalie herself, she has been training goalies for 15 years. Kate spent time on the coaching staff at Georgetown, Villanova, and the University of Pennsylvania. Kate won an Ivey league
championship in 2023 with the Penn team that went on to compete in the sweet 16 of the NCAA tournament. Kate served as an assistant coach to the Israeli National senior women’s team in the 2017 FIL world cup. She continues to be a part of Israel lacrosse. Kate is also the director of women’s lacrosse for Foundation Goalie Training which is a Philadelphia based

Cat has spent the last 11 year working with goalies of all ages and skill levels. Cat began working with goalies during her collegiate years, competing at the highest collegiate level for The Pennsylvania State University. During her time there, her team was able to partake in winning a Big Ten Championship (2015) and appeared in two back to back NCAA Final Four games (2016, 2017). She was also named Big-Ten Player of the week three times during the 2017 season, while finishing out with a 17-4 season, best in program history. After retiring from the game, Cat found a love for coaching, specifically the goaltending position. In her first season as an assistant coach at La Salle University, her goalie was able to tie for second in saves per game in the Atlantic 10 conference as well as finishing with a 43% save average. This left her goalie on top finishing fourth in the conference for goals against. She soon moved onto an assistant position at The University of Oregon. While there her team finished with the best clearing percentage since 2019, and worked with a goalie who is currently first in program history in saves per game and top five in career saves in program history. Cat's passion lies in the goalie position and decided to pursue coaching goalies because she wants to be the coach that most goalies don't have an opportunity to have.
A lifelong enthusiast of lacrosse, Katie developed an enduring connection to the sport from an early age. Graduating from Cabrini College after a notable four-year career as a field player, she transitioned seamlessly into coaching, dedicating seven years to collegiate coaching across all three divisions. Starting at Arcadia University, she embraced the challenge of coaching goalies, discovering a newfound passion for the position driven by her growth mindset and the meaningful relationships forged with fellow coaches and players. Her coaching journey continued with successful stints at Kutztown University and W&L. At W&L her goalie earned IWLCA Defender of the Week honors and boasted a remarkable 45% save percentage, propelling the team to the elite 8, with the defense claiming the top spot for goals against average in the NCAA. She then moved to Bucknell University, guiding her senior goalie to a stellar season with 120 saves. Recently embarking on a career transition, Katie now focuses on cultivating the next generation's love for lacrosse, channeling her passion for coaching to make a lasting impact, particularly in the goalie position.
